The practice was keen to improve knowledge sharing; integrate with existing Microsoft Office programmes; merging with existing Intranet portals, replacing timesheet and resource management systems and controlling quality assurance procedures. bptw partnership found that not only did Workspace meet all of their requirements, but offered an opportunity to meet the future needs of the practice, including using Workspace as an extranet to allow for the sharing of information with clients and suppliers.
