About the Role:
Supporting a small but growing team you will be responsible for outbound telemarketing activities, recording marketing contact and organizational data and “cleaning” and collecting data on our chosen markets. In addition, you will also be responsible for all administrative aspects within the office.

You will already have a couple of years’ experience within a similar role. Support Technician (Nottingham, UK)

About the Role:
This is a technical, problem solving role and will suit an individual who is flexible, adaptable and focused on providing excellence in client support. You will be part of a small client team and be responsible for the resolution of support calls caused by lack of software knowledge, bad data, system admin problems, client pc configuration issues, infrastructure issues.

Candidate Profile:
The candidate must have 2 years’ experience of providing support for a web based application and must demonstrate some understanding of HTML, IIS, SQL Server, t-SQL queries.

It is important that the candidate understands the infrastructure and networking that a web application depends upon.

The successful candidate will be lively, bright, intelligent and personable.  They will be enthusiastic and have strong initiative.  A ‘hands-on’ approach to dealing with technical issues is a necessity. A good part of the role is communication and the candidate must be able to demonstrate good skills in this area and understand the difference that can be made by effective communication from the support function.

Graduate Developer (Nottingham, UK)

About the Role:
This role is a mixed development and client support role and will suit an individual who is flexible, adaptable and focused on providing excellence.

Candidate Profile:
You will have studied for a technology based degree (e.g. Computer Science or similar), have attained a minimum of 2:1 from a UK University within the last 2 years.

Experience of programming in both interface and business logic using a high level development language such as C# is required, as is experience of working with databases using SQL.

Exposure to using active web development environments such as ASP.NET or ASP along with client side JavaScript, XML/XSL and some MS Internet Information Server skills are desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will be lively, bright, intelligent and personable.  They will have good communication skills, be enthusiastic and have strong initiative.  A ‘hands-on’ approach to dealing with technical issues is a necessity as is the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
