Document Management is a central part of the Workspace system and offers significant improvements over traditional methods for storing and controlling documents.  

Traditional construction document management methods (predominantly network drives) for storing and archiving documents have become inadequate to support modern requirements for quality assurance and compliance with your own procedures and practices.  Losing documents has never been acceptable but now more than ever clients, partners and insurers expect clear and simple auditing.

Combining and integrating with the corporate database the Workspace software platform provides a corporate filing system where the filing structure is determined centrally according to company rules and your defined best practice.  Each of the entries within the corporate database inherits a document repository automatically ensuring that all documents are saved in the right place. 

Once saved in the system a document cannot be revised, read, issued, emailed or amended without that action being recorded.  Workspace brings a level of control over your document management procedures that ensures you will never suffer from lost documents or duplication again.
