Our standard product consists of four interlinking entities – organisations, contacts, projects and enquiries. Each entity has an entity record where relevant information is captured. With the Enterprise upgrade we are able to create additional entities and design bespoke entity records for you accordingly.
A workflow is a way of tracking the flow of information, documents, communication and project related activity throughout the business. Or put more simply, bringing processes to life. A business process can be written into a workflow triggering an automated chain of events and ensuring total compliance.
At Union Square we have developed our own workflow technology that allows us to build interactive processes quickly. If you have a set of business processes that sit outside the standard product, it’s worth upgrading to Enterprise.
