Not everyone responds well to formalised class room style training so having options is important and we can customise our provision to meet your exact needs.
Summary of Services:
- Champion Training – train ‘champion’ users of Workspace who can then cascade their knowledge to the rest of your organisation.
- End user training – outsource your entire Workspace training needs to us.
- Security and Maintenance Training – must be completed by at least one person within your organisation. Non technical training on the security model and basic database maintenance of Workspace.
- eLearning - we have developed a range of on-line courses that guide your users through a range of Workspace topics that can be delivered directly to your users desktops on demand. (see below)
- Developer Training – become a Workspace developer – designed for software programmers.

eLearning
Union Square’s newly launched eLearning suite is a fast and cost effective way to deliver Workspace training to your entire user base. This approach is ideal for companies with dispersed users or where it is impossible to coordinate diaries to enable traditional classroom training. eLearning enables users to log on and complete Workspace training over the internet in their own time. The core Workspace product, Email Management and templates are available through the eLearning system.
The eLearning system is made up of a number of key lessons that are fundamental to understanding how to use Workspace. Each lesson guides the user through a core element of Workspace such as customising the personal zone, using the search functionality or adding new entities to the system. Through a combination of simple explanations and flash videos the core concepts of Workspace and how to use the system are explained. The Flash animations ensure that users are familiar with the look and feel of the system before it is implemented into your business. Each lesson is short and includes helpful tips and a quiz at the end of each lesson to test what has been learnt. Each user is given 4 weeks to complete the training and their progress through the lessons can be tracked online.
eLearning can be used in conjunction with the classroom style training solutions. Some ‘champion users’ will require more in-depth training which is best delivered face to face. Workspace eLearning is a cost effective way of delivering training priced at just £20 per user.
