Union Square’s training division has developed a range of services that enable you to deliver a blend of training approaches to your end users. eLEARNING
Our eLearning service is a fast and cost-effective way to deliver Union Square training to your entire user base. Our eLearning course consists of a number of key lessons that are fundamental to understanding how to use Union Square.
Video Tutorials
The majority of our training services are rolled out using our tutorial videos. Your users will have unlimited access to our videos at all times, allowing them to retrieve training and guidance as and when they need it.
Go Live Assessment
This online quiz is available to all end users in order to help prepare them on the Fundamentals and Document Management functionality of the Union Square system, ready for your ‘go live’ date.
Public Webinars
These short and focused online training sessions have proved very popular with our clients as a way of receiving additional training on a topic or purely to have a refresher. They are scheduled every month and can be attended by any user at no additional cost.
Private Webinars
Private Webinars are a practical solution to training your users on a specific area of the Union Square system. They follow the same format as Public Webinars however we will schedule them at a date and time to suit you.
On Site Visits
A member of the training team can visit your office(s) to provide support and training. This is typically arranged in circumstances where a Private Webinar is either not appropriate or not possible.

There are many reference guides available for download from our extranet in MS Word format; this then allows you to customise them to match your own system.
