Union Square’s training division have developed a range of services and courses that enable you to deliver a blend of training approaches to your end users. Not everyone responds well to formalised classroom style training, so having options is important and we can customise our provision to meet your exact needs.
We will review your training requirements as part of your presales service and continue to discuss and review your options throughout the build up to “go live”.
Summary of Services:
eLearning
Union Square’s eLearning service is a fast and cost effective way to deliver Workspace training to your entire user base. This approach is ideal for companies with dispersed users or where it is impossible to coordinate diaries to enable traditional classroom training. eLearning enables users to log on and complete Workspace training over the internet in their own time. The core Workspace product, Email Management and Template creation are available through our eLearning course.
The eLearning course is made up of a number of key lessons that are fundamental to understanding how to use Workspace. Each lesson guides the user through a core element of Workspace such as customising the personal zone, using the search functionality or adding new records to the system. Through a combination of demonstration and interactive simulations the core concepts of Workspace and how to use the system are explained.
Each user is given 4 weeks to complete the training and their progress through the lessons is tracked.
